Pacific View Lodging

Pacific View Lodging was born from a lifelong love of the Oregon Coast. Owners Bill and Peggy Masella spent years making the trek to Depoe Bay, Lincoln City, and the surrounding coastal towns — building family traditions around their favorite vacation rentals, festivals, and restaurants. In 2014, they turned that passion into a plan, investing in property and helping other owners share their homes with guests.

What started as a single investment has grown into a portfolio of over 45 vacation rentals and boutique motel suites, including The Whale Inn in Depoe Bay, The Surf Inn in Netarts, and the historic Trollers Lodge — a charming 1930s property they now call home.
